Description

Polyurethane Engineering
Manufactured in England using premium-grade polyurethane resins, this single-pack system offers a distinct advantage over traditional epoxies: flexibility. While extremely hard-wearing, the polyurethane composition allows for slight shock absorption, giving it superior impact resistance against dropped tools and heavy machinery. Being a single-pack solvent-based formula, it eliminates the complexity of mixing hardeners while delivering a high-build, industrial-strength coating.

Heavy-Duty Resistance
Designed specifically for environments where safety and durability are paramount, this variant is pre-loaded with silica aggregate to create a high-traction, anti-slip finish. It creates a robust barrier that is chemically resistant to petrol, oil, and common industrial fluids. Furthermore, it boasts excellent "tyre pluck" resistance, preventing hot tyres from lifting the paint—a common failure point in garages and warehouses with forklift traffic.

Professional Application
This versatile coating is suitable for use on concrete, metal, and wood, making it ideal for mixed-substrate industrial units. It is designed for ease of application via brush or roller. Crucial: For powerfloated or polished concrete, the surface must be mechanically ground to provide a key. On bare, porous concrete, we strongly recommend priming with Everest Trade Polyurethane Floor Primer & Sealer to ensure deep penetration and optimal adhesion.
