Description

Advanced Acrylic Formulation
Engineered using premium British acrylic resins, this solvent-free formula represents the pinnacle of the Everest Trade range. Unlike standard surface treatments, it utilises an impregnating technology that soaks deep into the porous structure of concrete and stone. Being solvent-free and low odour, it is perfectly suited for confined internal spaces—such as kitchen worktops and factory floors—while retaining the robust strength required for external driveways.

Ultimate 10-Year Protection
Designed for long-term asset preservation, this sealer delivers a protective lifespan averaging 10+ years. The coating is fully UV resistant, ensuring it will not yellow or degrade under direct sunlight. Its flexible acrylic structure prevents the common failures of flaking, blistering, and peeling. By creating a hydrophobic barrier, it provides ultimate resistance against oil stains, water ingress, and organic growth, significantly reducing whole-life maintenance costs.

Versatile Application
This product is highly versatile, compatible with concrete, brickwork, masonry, and natural stone. It applies easily via brush, roller, or sprayer, with a two-coat application recommended for maximum durability. It is quick-drying (touch dry in 2–4 hours), allowing for rapid project completion. For optimal results, ensure all efflorescence is removed prior to application. Coverage rates average 5 square metres per litre for the first coat and 7 square metres for the second
